Four engineers. One team, end to end. From interface to integrations.

Dmytro Hrachov
Hrachov>Грач>ROOKS
The name starts with my surname, Hrachov. Its root, “грач”, means “rook” in English — a bird in the crow family. ROOKS turns that personal connection into a team identity: a flock, building together.
I’ve spent 12 years building for the web. At ROOKS, I lead a team of four engineers working with design studios and businesses on websites, e‑commerce and web products. We connect the visible experience, layout, motion and 3D, with the CMS, back end and integrations that make it work.
How we think
Engineers first
The people you talk to are the people who write the code.
Honest from day one
We flag technical risks and question unnecessary complexity while the scope is still taking shape.
Fixed price, real dates
Most projects are fixed price, with a timeline you can plan around.
Tested on real devices
We check responsive layouts and interactions across real devices and browsers before handover.
The flock
Four engineers, plus specialists when a project needs them.
Founder
Your first point of contact and the lead on your project.
Back-end engineer
APIs, databases, integrations, security.
Full-stack engineers
Front end, motion, CMS and admin panels.
Specialists on demand
Trusted people we bring in for a specific job.
What we do
- Responsive websites, motion and interactive 3D
- Web apps, CMS and admin panels
- Custom e-commerce
- Back ends and API integrations
- Data migration and multilingual websites
Not our thing:
- Mobile apps
- Design and branding
Bring your designer or agency into the project. If the design is still taking shape, we can review the technical requirements before development begins.
